  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • Ice ice cubes for serving
  • whipped cream optional, for garnish
  • crushed peanuts optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend 1 cup of cold brew coffee with 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of simple syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  3. Slowly add 1/4 cup of milk or cream and stir gently to combine.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container. Freezing is not recommended as it may affect the texture and flavor.
