Peanut Butter Fudge

A quick and tasty treat combining white chocolate and peanut butter, topped with chopped peanut butter cups and Reese's Pieces.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter You can use creamy or crunchy
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mini or regular peanut butter cups, chopped Chocolate chips and chopped peanuts can be used as substitutes
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Pieces, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper. Trim the edges of the parchment with scissors.
Cooking
  1. In a saucepan over medium low heat, pour in sweetened condensed milk and heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add white chocolate and peanut butter to the pot, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  3. Let stand for a few minutes to cool, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of chopped peanut butter cups, stirring only once or twice to keep them intact.
  5. Pour immediately into your prepared pan.
  6. Top with chopped peanut butter cups and chopped Reese's Pieces.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  8. Remove from pan using parchment to hold on to and cut into squares.

Notes

Cut the fudge into even squares and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with extra toppings or sauces as desired. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
