  • 1 frozen banana (peeled first)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or almond)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pour coffee into your blender.
  2. Add peanut butter, banana, milk, and honey.
  3. Drop ice cubes on top.
  4. Secure the blender lid tightly.
  5. Blend everything for 45 seconds.
  6. Stop when the mix looks smooth.
  7. Pour into a tall glass.

Notes

Serve right away, plain or with a straw. Garnish with cocoa powder or crushed nuts for extra flavor. Store in the fridge for up to one day or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
