Preparation
- Place peach puree and lemon juice in a shaker. Add the basil and muddle gently.
- In a small microwave-safe dish, place the honey with half a teaspoon of water and microwave for a maximum of 5 seconds to create a honey syrup.
- Mix the honey with a spoon to dissolve and add it to the shaker with some ice.
- Shake well and strain the mixture over ice.
- Top the drink with your choice of kombucha or soda water.
- Garnish with edible flowers, basil, or sliced peach.
Notes
Serve in a chilled glass with fresh ice. For a lighter drink, keep honey to a half teaspoon or less using soda water.
