Preparation
- Gather all the ingredients and equipment you need.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Measure and pour 50 ml of vodka into the shaker.
- Add 25 ml of passion fruit puree to the shaker.
- Measure 15 ml of vanilla syrup and add it to the mixture.
- Squeeze in 10 ml of fresh lime juice.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Use a strainer to pour the cocktail into the glass carefully.
- Slice the fresh passion fruit in half and scoop out some of the pulp. Add it to the top of the drink for decoration.
Notes
Best served cold. Can be garnished with lime slice or an edible flower for added decoration. Store leftover mixture (without ice) in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
