- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
- Once the water reaches a boil, add the black tea bags, cinnamon stick, cloves, and optional star anise. Let the tea and spices simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- After simmering, remove the tea bags and spices (cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise) from the pot.
- Stir in the fresh-squeezed orange juice and honey. Mix well until the honey is dissolved.
- Pour the tea into mugs. If desired, garnish with a fresh orange slice and a cinnamon stick for extra flavor and presentation. Enjoy!
