- Pour 3/4 cup of oat milk into a small saucepan and heat it on medium until it is warm and just starting to foam, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the oat milk from heat and froth it using a milk frother or a whisk until foamy.
- While the oat milk is heating, brew your coffee. If using espresso, make two shots. If using brewed coffee, prepare 8 ounces.
- Stir in the 2 tablespoons of honey simple syrup into the brewed coffee, ensuring it dissolves.
- Pour the frothed oat milk over the brewed coffee, using a spoon to hold back the foam, then top with the foam.
- Enjoy your oat milk latte hot or let it cool a bit.
Notes
