Ingredients
  

For the Latte
  • 2 shots espresso shots or 8 oz brewed coffee
  • 3/4 cup oat milk should be heated
  • 2 tablespoons honey simple syrup optional for sweetness

Preparation
  1. Pour 3/4 cup of oat milk into a small saucepan and heat it on medium until it is warm and just starting to foam, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the oat milk from heat and froth it using a milk frother or a whisk until foamy.
  3. While the oat milk is heating, brew your coffee. If using espresso, make two shots. If using brewed coffee, prepare 8 ounces.
  4. Stir in the 2 tablespoons of honey simple syrup into the brewed coffee, ensuring it dissolves.
  5. Pour the frothed oat milk over the brewed coffee, using a spoon to hold back the foam, then top with the foam.
  6. Enjoy your oat milk latte hot or let it cool a bit.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider garnishing with cinnamon or cocoa powder. Serve in a clear glass to showcase the layers. Pair with pastries for an enjoyable snack.
