  • 3 tbsp oat milk (I used Oatly Barista) Use good quality oat milk for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • 1 tbsp soy milk Can be replaced with almond or cashew milk.
For the Cold Brew
  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee Ensure cold brew is properly chilled.
  • Ice Use coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution.

Preparation
  1. Start by adding ice to a glass. You’ll need enough ice to keep your drink chilled.
  2. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice in the glass.
  3. In a separate glass or container, combine the oat milk, vanilla syrup, and soy milk.
  4. If desired, froth the milk lightly with a milk frother for a bit of foam on top.
  5. Pour the sweetened non-dairy milk mixture over the cold brew coffee and enjoy your drink!

Notes

You can serve it with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate shavings. Use a tall glass to showcase the layers of coffee and cream. Store components separately in the fridge for up to a week.
