Ingredients
  

Espresso Base
  • 2 teaspoons NESCAFÉ Gold Espresso instant coffee
  • 2-3 ounces hot water, just off the boil Use slightly under boiling water.
Latte Ingredients
  • 6-8 ounces milk of choice, warmed for hot lattes or cold for iced Can use dairy or non-dairy milk.
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar or favorite sweetener, to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 pinch cinnamon or cocoa (optional) For garnish.
  • 1 drop vanilla (optional) Add for extra flavor.
  • 1 drizzle caramel (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the water until hot but not boiling.
  2. In a small cup, stir together 2 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Gold Espresso and the hot water until smooth.
  3. Taste the espresso base; if a stronger flavor is desired, add an additional half teaspoon.
  4. For a hot latte, warm your milk until steaming, and froth if possible.
  5. Sweeten the espresso base if desired.
  6. Pour the espresso into your mug, then slowly add the milk, spooning foam over the top.
Iced Preparation
  1. Dissolve the coffee in 2 ounces of hot water first, then pour it over ice.
  2. Add cold milk and sweetener as preferred.

Notes

This latte is customizable with different sweeteners and milk types. Experiment with flavors like caramel, vanilla, and different milk options for variety.
