Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the add-ins.
Baking
- Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage. To enjoy, thaw at room temperature or heat in the microwave.
