- If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them until you have 400 ml of juice. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.
- Divide the Prosecco or Champagne evenly between the four glasses.
- Top each glass with freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Enjoy your refreshing mimosas!
Notes
Mimosas are best served chilled. Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint for decoration. They are perfect for brunches or festive occasions.
