  • 400 ml Prosecco or Champagne Chilled for best results.
  • 400 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice Use fresh oranges for the best flavor.

  1. If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them until you have 400 ml of juice. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.
  2. Divide the Prosecco or Champagne evenly between the four glasses.
  3. Top each glass with freshly squeezed orange juice.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Enjoy your refreshing mimosas!

Notes
