Ingredients
  

For the cold foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1.5 tbsp peppermint syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
For the mocha
  • 2 oz espresso Brewed
  • 3 tbsp white chocolate sauce Homemade or storebought
  • 0.75 cup milk of choice I used whole milk
  • Ice For serving
  • Mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the heavy cream, 1 tbsp of whole milk, peppermint syrup, and cocoa powder to a small glass or mason jar. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for about 15-30 seconds until it gets nice and airy. Set this delicious foam aside.
Brewing Espresso
  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso into a tall glass.
Mixing
  1. Stir the 3 tbsp of white chocolate sauce into the warm espresso.
  2. Gradually stir in the ¾ cup of milk.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
Finishing Touches
  1. Pour the chocolate peppermint cold foam over the iced white mocha.
  2. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings on top.
Serving
