Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub this mixture onto the chicken breasts until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes. For longer storage, freeze cooked chicken in freezer bags for up to 3 months.
