- Add frozen mango, pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, lime juice, and unsweetened condensed milk (if using) into a blender.
- Add turmeric powder and non-alcoholic rum (if using) for added flavor.
- Blend on high until silky and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more pineapple juice or coconut water as needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass. Optionally rim the glass with coconut and garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple or cherries.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24–48 hours in the fridge. For freezing, pour into ice cube trays or a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
