Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened condensed milk (optional) Can skip for a lower calorie version.
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional) For color and health boost.
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic rum (optional) For added flavor without alcohol.
Garnishes
  • Coconut for rim
  • Lime wheel for garnish
  • Pineapple or cherries for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add frozen mango, pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, lime juice, and unsweetened condensed milk (if using) into a blender.
  2. Add turmeric powder and non-alcoholic rum (if using) for added flavor.
  3. Blend on high until silky and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more pineapple juice or coconut water as needed.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass. Optionally rim the glass with coconut and garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple or cherries.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24–48 hours in the fridge. For freezing, pour into ice cube trays or a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
