- Brew your coffee the way you like it. Medium to strong works best to balance maca’s gentle sweetness.
- In your mug, whisk 1 teaspoon of maca powder with a tablespoon of warm coffee until smooth.
- Pour in the rest of the coffee. Stir in sweetener if using.
- Add milk or a dairy-free alternative. Froth if you like that latte feel.
- Finish with a tiny pinch of cinnamon or cocoa and a tiny pinch of salt. Stir and sip.
Notes
For a cozy twist, add a little vanilla extract or nutmeg. If you enjoy iced coffee, dissolve maca in a tablespoon of hot coffee first, then add cold brew and ice. Keep the coffee strong for balanced flavor.
