  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped capers, chopped parsley, and paprika.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve cold or at cool room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Do not freeze.
