- In a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients (except for the butter). Mix them well to combine.
- Start heating the mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Once you see simmering, reduce the heat to low and allow the sauce to thickly simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
- After the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, stir in the butter until fully melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy on your favorite grilled dishes!
