- Remove the tea bags, pressing them lightly to extract all flavor.
Combining Ingredients
- Stir in the cooled lemon syrup into the jug with the brewed tea.
- Add the lemon slices and chilled water to the mixture.
Serving
- Serve the lemon iced tea in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with additional lemon slices if desired.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, consider adding mint leaves while brewing or fruit such as strawberries. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
