  • 1 piece lime, juiced
  • 10 leaves mint leaves
  • 2 cups sparkling water or kombucha
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (optional)

Preparation
  1. Place kiwi fruit, lime juice, mint leaves, and sweetener (if using) in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between 2 ice-filled glasses and top with sparkling water or kombucha.
  4. Garnish with mint or extra kiwi.

Notes

For a balanced snack, pair with whole-grain crackers or veggies with hummus. You can customize the mocktail with coconut water for a healthier version or add protein powder for post-workout hydration.
