Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 package Keto Wheat Pizza Crust mix Follow package directions for preparation.
For the toppings
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Choose low-sugar for diabetic-friendly dish.
  • 1 cup Cheese (mozzarella or mix of mozzarella and sharper cheese) Adjust quantity for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup Asparagus Optional.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza crust mix package.
  2. Prepare the Keto Wheat Pizza Crust according to the package instructions.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Add asparagus, mushrooms, or any other desired toppings.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. For longer storage, wrap slices in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge if frozen, then warm in the oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes or until heated through. Using an air fryer for reheating gives a crisp crust in just a few minutes.
