Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed seeds, almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheese powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the water and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to thicken.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For easy cleanup, line the pan with parchment paper or use a silicone loaf pan. This bread is great for meal prep; freeze portions for later use.
