Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cheese powder (optional) Optional ingredient for flavor
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed seeds, almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheese powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the water and olive oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
  5. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to thicken.
  6. Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For easy cleanup, line the pan with parchment paper or use a silicone loaf pan. This bread is great for meal prep; freeze portions for later use.
