Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute (e.g., erythritol)
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and warm water.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Shape the dough into 6 rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These rolls are versatile and can be served with various accompaniments. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven before serving.
