Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the dry ingredients and add the egg. Mix well until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to your desired thickness.
Baking
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake again for a few minutes until toppings are cooked.
Notes
The crust can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
