Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and microwave until melted.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until well mixed.
- Add egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape each piece into a knot.
- Brush melted butter over the knots.
- Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For stronger garlic flavor, add more garlic powder or brush with garlic butter after baking. Store cooled knots in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
