Pizza Base
  • 1 package Keto Wheat Pizza Crust mix Follow package instructions for preparation.
Toppings
  • 8 oz Steak Cooked and sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Chimichurri sauce For topping the crust.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil To drizzle over the toppings.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Sliced.
  • 1 cup Onions Sliced.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated for the Keto Wheat Pizza Crust mix.
  2. Prepare the pizza crust according to package instructions.
  3. Spread a thin layer of chimichurri sauce on the crust.
  4. Top the pizza with sliced steak, bell peppers, onions, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

For serving, aim for 1-2 slices per person. Pair with a salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen. To reheat, use an oven or air fryer.
