Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the melted butter (or coconut oil) and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. If using, stir in the sweetener.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the bread is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into 18 pieces.
Notes
To store, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or freeze slices for up to three months. For best texture, freeze slices you will not eat within three days.
