Preparation of Whipped Cream
- In a mixing bowl, add the cream and 1/4 cup of Torani syrup. Beat with a mixer until nice and airy. Store this whipped cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Blend Coffee Mixture
- Add to a blender 1 cup of coffee, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 tablespoons of Torani syrup. Blend on high until nice and frothy.
Serve
- Pour the blended coffee into a cup and then add some of the whipped cream on top.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and Swerve sweetener together. Sprinkle on top and you are ready to go!
Notes
Best served fresh, warm or cold. Pair with low-carb muffins or almond flour pancakes for a complete breakfast.
