Ingredients
  

Coffee and Cream
  • 8 oz black coffee Use regular or decaf.
  • 1 tablespoon butter Use unsalted butter.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream For whipping.
  • 1/4 cup Torani sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup Adds sweetness.
Flavorings
  • 1 tablespoon Torani sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup For blending.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon For flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve granular sweetener Low-carb sweetener.

Method
 

Preparation of Whipped Cream
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the cream and 1/4 cup of Torani syrup. Beat with a mixer until nice and airy. Store this whipped cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Blend Coffee Mixture
  1. Add to a blender 1 cup of coffee, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 tablespoons of Torani syrup. Blend on high until nice and frothy.
Serve
  1. Pour the blended coffee into a cup and then add some of the whipped cream on top.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and Swerve sweetener together. Sprinkle on top and you are ready to go!

Notes

Best served fresh, warm or cold. Pair with low-carb muffins or almond flour pancakes for a complete breakfast.
