Tea Ingredients
  • 1 whole lemon Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1/2 whole orange (sliced) Freshly sliced for optimal taste
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root (diced) Fresh ginger preferred for flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric For anti-inflammatory properties
  • 1 stick cinnamon stick For added flavor
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • boiled water Enough to fill your teapot

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all your ingredients, except the hot water, to a medium-sized teapot.
  2. Pour boiling water over the ingredients.
  3. Stir the mixture to combine the flavors.
  4. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your warm cup of immune-boosting tea!

Notes

Store leftover tea in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Best enjoyed fresh. You can add fresh mint leaves or cayenne pepper for variations.
