- Pour the sugar cookie syrup into a tall glass.
- Add ice to the glass, filling it to keep the drink chilled.
- Brew 2 oz of espresso or prepare 8 oz of brewed coffee and pour it over the ice.
- Top off the drink with ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk.
- Sprinkle a small amount of Christmas sprinkles on top for a festive touch.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients and enjoy!
