Preparation
- Brew a strong cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, chocolate protein powder, milk, chocolate syrup, and ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour the iced mocha into a tall glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, add whipped cream on top.
Notes
This drink is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one day. Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays for future smoothies.
