Ingredients
  

For the Cold Foam
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream Use for a rich foam.
  • 1.5 tablespoons toasted marshmallow syrup For a unique flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk Can substitute with any milk of choice.
For the Latte
  • 1.5 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup Alternatively, use 3 tablespoons of pumpkin spice sauce.
  • 2 oz espresso Or strong brewed coffee.
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice Can use whole, almond, or any preferred milk.
  • Ice Fill glass to serve cold.

Method
 

Make the Marshmallow Cold Foam
  1. In a small glass or jar, mix together the heavy cream, toasted marshmallow syrup, and whole milk.
  2. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for about 10 to 20 seconds until foamy, and set aside.
Prepare the Iced Latte
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour the pumpkin spice syrup into the glass.
  3. Add the espresso on top of the syrup.
  4. Pour in your choice of milk and stir well to combine.
Assemble the Drink
  1. Spoon the marshmallow cold foam on top of the latte.
  2. Serve and enjoy your Iced Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte!

Notes

For serving, use a clear glass to show the beautiful layers and consider topping with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for extra appeal. It's best enjoyed fresh.
