Make the Marshmallow Cold Foam
- In a small glass or jar, mix together the heavy cream, toasted marshmallow syrup, and whole milk.
- Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for about 10 to 20 seconds until foamy, and set aside.
Prepare the Iced Latte
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour the pumpkin spice syrup into the glass.
- Add the espresso on top of the syrup.
- Pour in your choice of milk and stir well to combine.
Assemble the Drink
- Spoon the marshmallow cold foam on top of the latte.
