For the Lavender Cold Foam
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream Use chilled for better frothing
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon lavender syrup Use sugar-free for a lighter version
  • 1 to 2 drops purple food coloring Optional, for visual appeal
For the Iced Chai
  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate Pre-made is convenient
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice Almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option
  • Ice Ice As needed

Method
 

Preparation of Lavender Cold Foam
  1. In a small jar, add heavy cream, whole milk, lavender syrup, and food coloring (if using).
  2. Froth for 10–20 seconds until foamy and thickened, then set aside.
Preparation of Iced Chai
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the chai concentrate and then add the milk of choice.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
Assembly
  1. Top the iced chai with the lavender cold foam and enjoy.

Notes

For a lighter option, use unsweetened or low-fat milk. Adding a cinnamon stick can enhance aroma. Store leftovers in the fridge but consume cold foam within 24 hours for best texture.
