Preparation of Lavender Cold Foam
- In a small jar, add heavy cream, whole milk, lavender syrup, and food coloring (if using).
- Froth for 10–20 seconds until foamy and thickened, then set aside.
Preparation of Iced Chai
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the chai concentrate and then add the milk of choice.
- Stir gently to combine.
Assembly
- Top the iced chai with the lavender cold foam and enjoy.
Notes
For a lighter option, use unsweetened or low-fat milk. Adding a cinnamon stick can enhance aroma. Store leftovers in the fridge but consume cold foam within 24 hours for best texture.
