Ingredients
  

For the Coffee
  • 2 oz espresso Strong brewed coffee can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice Use low-fat or unsweetened almond milk for a lighter option.
  • 3 tablespoons mocha sauce or chocolate syrup Sugar-free alternatives can be used.
  • ice Use as desired.
For the Foam
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream Can be replaced with skim milk or unsweetened oat milk for a lighter version.
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio sauce Use sugar-free for a lighter option.
Optional Topping
  • toasted Kataifi Optional, for topping; can toast in air fryer.

Method
 

Preparation of Foam
  1. Add the heavy cream and pistachio sauce to a small jar or glass.
  2. Froth with a milk frother for 20-30 seconds until foamy. Set aside.
Assembling the Drink
  1. Add ice to a tall glass.
  2. Pour in the espresso.
  3. Stir together the milk and mocha sauce or chocolate syrup, then pour it over the espresso.
  4. Top with pistachio cold foam and toasted Kataifi if desired.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy.

Notes

For portion control, use a 12-ounce glass to keep the calories lower. Pair with fruit or nuts for balance. You can store espresso and chocolate milk separately in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
