Preparation of Foam
- Add the heavy cream and pistachio sauce to a small jar or glass.
- Froth with a milk frother for 20-30 seconds until foamy. Set aside.
Assembling the Drink
- Add ice to a tall glass.
- Pour in the espresso.
- Stir together the milk and mocha sauce or chocolate syrup, then pour it over the espresso.
- Top with pistachio cold foam and toasted Kataifi if desired.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
Notes
