Ingredients

For the cold foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • tsp sea salt
For the latte
  • 2 tbsp apple brown sugar syrup
  • 2 oz brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (e.g. 2%, almond, oat, skim)
  • ice to fill the glass

Method

Preparation
  1. Make the cold foam by adding the heavy cream, whole milk, caramel syrup, and sea salt to a small jar or container. Use a milk frother to froth this mixture for 10-20 seconds or until it becomes foamy. Set aside.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the apple brown sugar syrup.
  3. Top the syrup with the brewed espresso, then pour in your choice of milk.
  4. Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the flavors together.
  5. Top off the latte with the salted caramel cold foam, and enjoy your drink!

Notes

Serve chilled. Add a straw for easy sipping or garnish with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce on top for added sweetness. If leftovers, store in refrigerator and stir before drinking.
