- Make the cold foam by adding the heavy cream, whole milk, caramel syrup, and sea salt to a small jar or container. Use a milk frother to froth this mixture for 10-20 seconds or until it becomes foamy. Set aside.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the apple brown sugar syrup.
- Top the syrup with the brewed espresso, then pour in your choice of milk.
- Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the flavors together.
- Top off the latte with the salted caramel cold foam, and enjoy your drink!
Notes
Serve chilled. Add a straw for easy sipping or garnish with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce on top for added sweetness. If leftovers, store in refrigerator and stir before drinking.
