Make the Brown Sugar Syrup
- Add the brown sugar and hot water to your glass.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves. It should look glossy and smell caramel-like.

Build the Latte
- Add the Javy Coffee concentrate into the glass and stir again to mix.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the cold oat milk. If using a frother, froth the oat milk for 10 to 15 seconds before pouring for additional creaminess.
- Taste the latte. If desired, adjust sweetness with more syrup or enhance strength by stirring in an extra half teaspoon of concentrate.
- Finish with a tiny pinch of salt to balance the flavor.
