Ingredients

For the Latte
  • 2 teaspoons Javy Coffee concentrate For a stronger flavor, adjust to 3 teaspoons.
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar Can substitute with maple syrup for a different sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons hot water Used for dissolving the brown sugar.
  • 3/4 cup oat milk Cold and shaken for frothiness.
  • 1 handful ice To chill the drink.
  • pinch cinnamon or vanilla Optional for added flavor.
  • small pinch flaky salt Optional, enhances flavor.

Method

Make the Brown Sugar Syrup
  1. Add the brown sugar and hot water to your glass.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves. It should look glossy and smell caramel-like.
  3. Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
Build the Latte
  1. Add the Javy Coffee concentrate into the glass and stir again to mix.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the cold oat milk. If using a frother, froth the oat milk for 10 to 15 seconds before pouring for additional creaminess.
  4. Taste the latte. If desired, adjust sweetness with more syrup or enhance strength by stirring in an extra half teaspoon of concentrate.
  5. Finish with a tiny pinch of salt to balance the flavor.
