  • 2 oz espresso or 5 oz cold brew espresso
  • 3 tbsp apple brown sugar syrup This sweet syrup enhances the coffee flavor.
  • ¾ cup oat milk Oatly Full Fat is recommended for richness.
  • optional Ice Adjust the amount to your liking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by adding ice to a mason jar.
  2. Pour the espresso into the mason jar with the ice.
  3. Add the apple brown sugar syrup on top.
  4. Seal the jar tightly with its lid and shake vigorously.
  5. Pour the iced coffee mixture, including the ice, into a tall glass.
  6. Finally, add the oat milk to the glass and stir if desired.
Serving
  1. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or thin apple slices.
  2. Serve with a straw for easier sipping.

Notes

Best consumed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
