  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons hot honey

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and allow it to fully heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Monterey Jack, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
  3. Transfer the cheese mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey evenly over the top while the dip is still warm.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or vegetables for dipping.
