- In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce (if using).
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

- Before serving, stir the sauce, garnish with chives, and serve cold with prime rib or steak.
Notes
