- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This temperature will help the carrots roast perfectly, becoming tender and caramelized.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into evenly sized pieces, either in rounds or sticks.
Making the Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, honey, minced garlic, and salt. Whisk these ingredients together until well-blended.
Roasting the Carrots
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the sliced carrots evenly on the sheet.
- Drizzle the honey garlic glaze over the carrots, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Sprinkle chili flakes if desired. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, turning the carrots halfway through.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain their deliciousness.
