- Gather all your ingredients and a small saucepan.
- Pour the white chocolate chips, whole milk, and evaporated milk into the saucepan.
- Place the saucepan on the stove and set the heat to medium-low.
- Whisk the mixture frequently to ensure even melting and to prevent burning.
- Keep whisking until the mixture is smooth and all the white chocolate chips have melted.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the syrup to a mason jar or airtight container.
- Store it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Notes
Before using the syrup, give it a good shake or stir, as some separation may occur during storage. Use a funnel to make transferring the syrup easier.
