  1. Gather all your ingredients and a small saucepan.
  2. Pour the white chocolate chips, whole milk, and evaporated milk into the saucepan.
  3. Place the saucepan on the stove and set the heat to medium-low.
  4. Whisk the mixture frequently to ensure even melting and to prevent burning.
  5. Keep whisking until the mixture is smooth and all the white chocolate chips have melted.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the syrup to a mason jar or airtight container.
  8. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Notes

Before using the syrup, give it a good shake or stir, as some separation may occur during storage. Use a funnel to make transferring the syrup easier.
