Preparation
- Place the water and maple syrup in a pan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the strawberries to the boiling mixture.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until the strawberries are all mushy.
- Set the strawberry mixture aside to cool.
- Pour the cooled strawberry mixture and the lemon juice into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve the strawberry lemonade over ice.
Notes
Store leftover lemonade in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze it in ice cube trays for longer preservation.
