Ingredients

Herbs for Tea
  • 1 teaspoon dried spearmint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried nettle leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried red clover petals
  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
Liquid
  • 2 cups water
Optional Additions
  • honey or lemon For taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: Make sure you have all the ingredients ready before you start.
  2. Heat the water: Pour 2 cups of water into a kettle or pot. Heat it until it starts to boil.
  3. Prepare the herbs: While the water is heating, take a small bowl and mix the dried spearmint, nettle, red clover, and chamomile.
Brewing
  1. Steep the tea: Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat. Add the mixed herbs directly to the boiling water or place them in a tea strainer or infuser. Allow the tea to steep for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea: After the steeping time, if you used loose herbs, use a strainer to remove the herbs from the water. If you used an infuser, simply remove it.
  3. Taste and adjust: At this point, you can add honey or lemon to taste if desired. Stir well.
  4. Serve hot: Pour the tea into your favorite cup or mug and enjoy it while it is warm.
