  • 1 can Canned tomatoes For ketchup
  • 1 head Cabbage For sauerkraut
  • 1 tbsp Salt For sauerkraut
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes For pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oregano For pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup For BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar For BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce For BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Or sweetener for BBQ sauce
  • 2 medium Tomatoes For salsa
  • 1 small Onion For salsa
  • 1 bunch Cilantro For salsa
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice For salsa
  • 1 small JalapeƱo For salsa
  • 2 medium Cucumbers For relish
  • 1 small Onion For relish
  • 1 cup Vinegar For relish
  • 1 cup Sugar For relish
  • 1 cup Soy sauce For teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger For teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic For teriyaki sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by whisking together egg yolks, mustard, and vinegar to make mayonnaise. Slowly drizzle in oil while continuously whisking until emulsified.
  2. For Creamy Caesar dressing, mix mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, and anchovies in a bowl.
  3. For Honey Mustard Sauce, mix equal parts mayonnaise and honey with a splash of mustard.
  4. Combine mayonnaise with buttermilk, herbs, and spices for a delicious Ranch dressing.
  5. To make Canned Ketchup, blend cooked tomatoes with vinegar, sweetener, and spices until smooth.
  6. For Fermented Sauerkraut, shred cabbage, mix with salt, and pack into a jar. Let sit until fermentation occurs.
  7. To prepare Pizza Sauce, combine crushed tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, and oregano in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
  8. For BBQ Sauce, mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey or sweetener, adjusting to taste.
  9. To make Salsa, combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeƱos in a bowl.
  10. For Relish, chop cucumbers and onions finely, mix with vinegar, sugar, and spices, and let sit in the fridge.
  11. To prepare Teriyaki Sauce, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sweetener. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Notes

These condiments can enhance a variety of dishes. Store in airtight containers; they last 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator. Some sauces can also be frozen.
