Preparation
- Prepare your hibiscus tea according to packet instructions using double the recommended amount to achieve a strong flavor.
- While warm, add sweetener and stir until it dissolves.
- Set the tea aside to chill in the fridge.
Serving
- Fill a wine glass with ice, then add 3 oz of chilled hibiscus tea and 1 oz of orange juice.
- Add 0.25 teaspoon of rosewater carefully.
- Top with sparkling water or non-alcoholic rose soda to taste and stir gently.
- Serve cold and fresh, garnishing with an orange slice or mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For portion control, keep servings to 6–8 ounces. Store the hibiscus base for up to 5 days. Try different sweeteners for taste adjustments.
