Ingredients
  

For the Mocktail Base
  • 3 oz chilled hibiscus tea Prepare according to packet instructions with double the recommended amount.
  • 1 oz orange juice Adds brightness and natural sweetness.
  • 0.25 teaspoon rosewater Use sparingly as a little goes a long way.
  • 0.5 to 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (honey, sugar, or sugar-free sweetener) Optional, adjust based on desired sweetness.
For Serving
  • Sparkling water or non-alcoholic rose sparkling water or non-alcoholic rose Top with to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your hibiscus tea according to packet instructions using double the recommended amount to achieve a strong flavor.
  2. While warm, add sweetener and stir until it dissolves.
  3. Set the tea aside to chill in the fridge.
Serving
  1. Fill a wine glass with ice, then add 3 oz of chilled hibiscus tea and 1 oz of orange juice.
  2. Add 0.25 teaspoon of rosewater carefully.
  3. Top with sparkling water or non-alcoholic rose soda to taste and stir gently.
  4. Serve cold and fresh, garnishing with an orange slice or mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For portion control, keep servings to 6–8 ounces. Store the hibiscus base for up to 5 days. Try different sweeteners for taste adjustments.
