Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a jar or an airtight container, add 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (or add 2 tablespoons of vinegar) to the yogurt.
- Add ½ teaspoon of garlic powder and ½ teaspoon of onion powder.
- Sprinkle in ¼ to ½ teaspoon of dried dill, depending on your taste preference.
- Add salt to taste.
- If you want a thinner dressing, add 1 to 3 tablespoons of water.
- Finally, add the fresh chives, thinly sliced.
- Close the jar or container and shake it until everything is well combined and smooth.
Notes
This dressing can be served as a salad dressing, dip for vegetables, or spread on sandwiches. Stores well in the refrigerator for about a week. Shake before use.
