  • 2 teaspoons milk To adjust consistency
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Add more to taste

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the light mayonnaise, black habanero salsa, garlic granules, lime juice, milk, and kosher salt.
  2. Use a whisk or spoon to mix all the ingredients until they are well blended and creamy.
  3. Taste your mayonnaise, adding more salt if needed to suit your preference.
  4. Once mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mayo to an airtight container.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

This mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. It doesn’t freeze well due to its emulsified nature. Consider using Greek yogurt for a healthier alternative.
