Grilling
- Preheat your grill to high heat, about 400 to 450 degrees F.
- Wash the asparagus and trim the bottoms.
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt; toss to coat.
- Grill the asparagus for about 2 minutes on each side until slightly charred, cooking to your desired tenderness.
- Serve warm with optional lemon juice for a bright finish.
Notes
Leftover asparagus can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. To freeze, blanch first and then pack into freezer bags. Reheat quickly for best texture.
