Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, oats, instant yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm water and honey until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Stir in the melted butter.
Rising
- Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the bread for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Freeze slices for up to 3 months and toast from frozen.
