- Combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the yogurt and mayo mixture.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Sprinkle in the salt and white pepper, and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the minced fresh parsley and tahini if using.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before serving. Freezing is also an option, but texture may change slightly.
