  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup honey Can be substituted with stevia for a lower calorie option.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Helps prevent browning of certain fruits.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, and grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Best served fresh. If preparing in advance, store ingredients separately and combine when ready to serve. Avoid freezing the fruit salad as it can become mushy.
